Purpose of the website
This website provides corporate and commercial information about products, manufacturers and industrial supply services. References to Relepro link to an online store governed by its own purchasing, privacy and cookie terms.
Intellectual and industrial property
IGC Trade’s own content, design, structure and identifying elements are protected by applicable law. Manufacturers’ trademarks, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are displayed for information and commercial purposes; their presence does not imply any relationship other than that duly accredited in each case.
Siemens and its logos are trademarks of Siemens AG. IGC Trade is presented as a Siemens Approved Partner – Value Added Reseller, Silver Level, in its capacity as a certified product distributor, not as an integrator or Solution Partner.
Liability and links
IGC Trade endeavours to keep information accurate and up to date, but specifications, availability, images and product ranges may change. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; IGC Trade does not control or accept responsibility for their content, availability or policies.

Data processed and source
The website does not currently include forms or create user accounts. If you contact us by telephone or email, we may process the identification, professional and contact details you provide, together with the content of your enquiry, quotation request or business relationship.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and quotation requests: taking pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, legitimate interest in responding to professional communications.
- Managing orders, supplies and customer or supplier relationships: performance of a contract.
- Meeting tax, commercial and administrative obligations: compliance with legal obligations.
- Sending commercial communications about our own products or services: consent where required or legitimate interest within an existing business relationship, with the right to object at any time.
Retention periods
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and maintain the business relationship. It will then be restricted for the applicable statutory periods and deleted once any potential liabilities have expired. Data used for marketing communications will be kept until consent is withdrawn or the right to object is exercised.
Recipients and transfers
Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary to manage the request, supply or contracted services. Providers acting as processors may have access under contract and on IGC Trade’s instructions. International transfers are not envisaged; should they become necessary, the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation will be applied.
Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw consent without retroactive effect. To exercise these rights, write to igc@igctrade.com stating the right requested and providing the information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.

IGC Trade applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect personal data. This policy may be updated when processing activities, services or legislation change.

Terms of use
Acceptance and permitted use
Accessing the website entails acceptance of these terms. Users agree to use it lawfully, diligently and respectfully, and not to take any action that could damage, overload, alter or prevent its operation.
Commercial information and quotations
Information on the website is indicative and does not in itself constitute a contractual offer. Quotations, lead times, stock, prices, delivery terms and final specifications will be those expressly confirmed by IGC Trade for each transaction. Images may be representative; the manufacturer’s reference and technical documentation prevail.
Purchasing through Relepro
Purchases made through Relepro are governed by the purchasing terms and policies published in that store. The IGC Trade corporate website does not allow orders to be placed directly.
Availability and changes
IGC Trade may update, suspend or modify the website and its content to keep them accurate, secure and aligned with its offering. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed during maintenance, technical incidents or circumstances beyond its control.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law, respecting mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules where relevant.
Languages
The English, French and Portuguese translations are provided for ease of understanding. In the event of an interpretative discrepancy, the Spanish version will prevail, without prejudice to rights granted by applicable law.
